Shipping and Billing

POSTAGE USA: Please add $7.50 for the 1st book ordered. This fee includes when possible priority mail and insurance. Please add $1.50 for 2nd & 3rd book ordered, and .50 for each additional title. I can also ship books via media mail for $5.50 which also would include insurance/and or delivery confirmation. NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS: Please add 8.375% sales tax to the total amount of the book + postage. I ACCEPT ONLY PAYPAL. MY ACCOUNT AT PAYPAL IS [email protected]. I ALSO ACCEPT  CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS.  ALL CHECKS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO IRA JOEL HABER OUTSIDE THE USA: $26.00 for airmail. Global Priority to most countries is available for $13.45 & up, but does not include insurance. There is no longer surface mail overseas. SORRY NO OVERSEAS CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS PLEASE.
